Photography and video recording take place during Zip Zap Circus’s FULL TILT at the Homecoming Centre.

Who is responsible: Zip Zap Circus is the responsible party for this information.

What you’re consenting to: By ticking the consent box during ticket purchase, you agree that photographs, video and other recordings in which you appear may be used by Zip Zap Circus for promotional, marketing, publicity and archival purposes. This may include use on our website, social media, digital communications, printed materials, press and other promotional platforms.

How we handle it: Your privacy matters to us. Images and recordings will be handled in accordance with POPIA and Zip Zap Circus’s privacy practices.

Buying for someone else: Please make everyone in your party aware that photography and filming will take place, and share this notice with them before they attend.

Children: South African law requires a parent or legal guardian to give consent on a child’s behalf. If you are buying for or bringing anyone under 18, you must tick the consent box on their behalf, and by doing so you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and authorised to give this consent. Zip Zap Circus will take reasonable care when capturing and using identifiable images of children.

Your choices: Consent is your choice. If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, or you wish to withdraw your consent, or ask about or request removal of an image or recording, please speak to a Zip Zap team member at the venue or contact us through the details on our website.
